Sunday afternoon, R went for a run with Milo. I hate running, so I didn't tag along.
Instead, I went out myself and delivered some mags.
As I stopped by one of the advertisers' shop whichs sells all sorts of exotic stuff, from small to big, you name it, the owner, started to lid up a "Sheesha Pipe" for me.
She wanted me to sit down and enjoy that huge pipe. "Cool, ok, I think." So she let me sit in the back of her shop smoke the mint flavor sheesha alone. Later, she sat down with me, started to burn another pipe for herself and at the same time, pouring a big glass of red wine for me. "Well...um...sure, thanks! Cheers!"
There, an unusual afternoon occurred just like that. I was there not being allowed to go anywhere else until R called 3 hours later, and was feeling pretty "up there" the whole time, too. Ha haha......
Thanks, Ivy! I will never forget about your generosity and your passion for the "Shui-Ian"! I love my friends!

Last night was our staff's girls only night out, and a KTV one, too.
Well, two of the foreign teachers are leaving this summer, so the ladies decided to go nuts for the last time.
And we did, well at least I did.
I had a hangover, a masive headache and nonstop spinning feeling all day...
I wondered how I survived teaching today, and how did the kids survive, too...
But..... Remember: KTV=FUN :P

Ariel called out of blue telling me she's back and is at the train staion. "Huh, what?..."
She wanted to surprise me and have lunch with me... he..he...what a nice surprise!
Aven called later in between my classes, saying having seen me for a while and that a tea with me would be very nice!
Hey! Sure! So a quicker tea time with her as well today...
We chatted things that are happening, bits of here and there and whatnot but the point is, I really miss my friends.

Summer is here.
If you were wondering how summer is like here in Hualien, well, take a look at this beautiful sky and clouds here.
Almost every afernoon, we get a quick and hard thunder rain. Another summer, my favorite season, has arrived! It's too bad that we have no plans of trvaling in the summer (we are not allowed :(... ) But hopefully all the sweat for working all summer will pay back when we finally visit Canada again in September!
